4-8 weeks for weddings and galas, 1-2 weeks for corporate and private events. Peak season (May-Oct, December) books fast — earlier is better. Rush bookings accepted when our roster has availability.
Pre-event planning call, the talent for agreed hours, professional sound/lighting via our KLAV AV division if you need it, MC/host coordination, and a dedicated event manager on-site. We bring everything except the venue.
Yes. Bilingual hosts (EN/ES/PT), Latin DJs covering Reggaeton, Bachata, Salsa, Merengue, Forro, plus live performers across cultures. Most NYC events we book are multilingual.
Yes — KLAV Group is our parent company. Full AV production, sound systems, LED walls, lighting, staging — one contract, one invoice. Or we can work with the AV team you already have.
Deposits are non-refundable, but rescheduling within 12 months is free. Cancellations 30+ days out forfeit deposit only. Under 30 days is case-by-case based on talent's commitment.
